Overview of PCI Header

All merchants, whether small or large, need to be PCI compliant. The payment brands have collectively adopted PCI DSS as the requirement for organizations that process, store or transmit payment cardholder data. The PCI Security Standards Council is the entity responsible for managing the security standards while each individual payment brand (Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, JCB®, and American Express®) is responsible for managing and enforcing compliance to these standards.

Our commitment to you, our merchant, has been to create this website to ensure you get compliant by filling out the appropriate SAQ for your business. Not maintaining compliance - whether a merchant, a processor, a software vendor or equipment manufacturer - leaves the payment system at risk and opens your business up to potential fines, penalties and lawsuits.
